What airport do we suggest flying into?

We suggest either flying into either Jackson, which has more flight options available, or Rock Springs that has a few less. Either way, you will need to be looking at a rental car as well. Both Jackson and Rock Springs have a 1.5 hour drive to Pinedale.

Traveling to the venue.

The venue, Lakeside Lodge, is a 10-minute drive from Pinedale and is located at 99 Forest Service Rd, Pinedale, WY 82941. Once you arrive, you'll see signage on the right side of the road directing you to the parking lot. The venue includes both grass, gravel and walking stones, so please be aware and wear appropriate shoes.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 15, 2026.

Wedding Venue

The wedding will be held outside with a reception in a covered tent. Please be aware that there is going to be grass, gravel and uneven walking surfaces throughout the day. That being said, please choose appropriate shoes.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

We would encourage western casual attire, as our wedding venue is of course in the best state around- Wyoming! We will all be outdoors in both grass and dirt. If you have a pair of boots that have been hiding in the back of the closet- this just might be your perfect opportunity to brush them off and bring them to the dance floor! Of course, we do want everyone to feel comfortable but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

Are there shuttles to and from the venue and hotels?

Yes, there will be a shuttle option to hotels in town. We also will be having a shuttle option for those who are choosing to camp at the campgrounds located at Fremont Lake.

Things to do around Pinedale

There are countless trails, hikes, and outdoorsy adventures in our area. Pinedale does have a nice Aquatic center, a Mountain Man Museum and plenty of fishing and lakes to explore. There are also 2 fish hatcheries in the area to visit if you would like! We love this part of the state!

Quirks about Pinedale

Just want to remind everyone that Pinedale is pretty small. There are no food options past 9pm, one grocery store, limited food options for eating out and a handful of gas stations. That being said, it's fun to explore all of those places.
